Your data: download it, or delete it
Axolix can hand you a JSON copy of everything it holds about your account, and can delete that account for you in one action. Here is exactly what each one does.
- Privacy
- Product
Two requests come up constantly in Discord communities: what do you hold about me? and how do I get rid of my account? Both are now answered inside the dashboard, without opening a support ticket.
Downloading your data
Open Settings → Your data and choose Download my data. Your browser downloads a JSON file straight from the API — there is no email round-trip and nothing is queued for later.
What is in the file
- Your Discord identity: user ID, username and avatar hash.
- Your Roblox link, if you have one.
- Your subscription records.
- Your
/pingcommand logs. - A summary of active login sessions — how many there are and when they expire.
The file is assembled inside a single read-only database transaction, and every field is checked against a schema before it is written out. That is deliberate: a column added to a table later can never silently end up in someone's download.
What is deliberately left out
- Login tokens and other secrets. They never leave the server, in any form.
- Staff records and other per-server data. Those belong to the server owner that created them, so they are that owner's to answer for — not something we can hand you from your own account page.
There is a rate limit of three downloads per hour, per account. That is there to stop the endpoint being used as a cheap way to make us do work.
Deleting your account
The Danger zone in Settings deletes your account permanently. You type DELETE to confirm, which removes the chance of a mis-click doing something irreversible.
Deletion removes your account record, your Roblox link and its stored tokens, your /ping logs, our copy of your subscription records, and every active login session — including the one performing the delete. If you have an active Premium subscription it is refused first, so the payment relationship is not left half-finished; cancel Premium and try again.
Deleting your Axolix account does not remove records a server owner keeps about you inside their own server. Those are the owner's data. Ask them to remove them — the Privacy Policy explains how.
Why the two are different
Access and erasure are separate rights for a reason. A copy of your data is useless to anyone once you have it, so it costs nothing to give you. Deletion is permanent, so it is gated behind a deliberate confirmation, an explicit check for an unpaid subscription, and a transaction that either does everything or nothing at all.
