Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Axolix when you use the website, the Discord bot, the dashboard or the API.

This document is not yet final
The details below are marked in the text as unconfirmed. They have deliberately not been invented, and each needs to be supplied or confirmed — with a qualified legal professional where appropriate — before this page is treated as final.
- A non-home postal address for the operator has not been supplied and is shown as [POSTAL ADDRESS].
- The governing law is currently stated as Scots law on the assumption the business is run from Scotland; confirm and correct if that is wrong.
- Premium prices are deliberately not hard-coded here — confirm that the prices shown in checkout are the ones you intend.
- The 14-day cancellation wording follows the UK digital-service rules and should be confirmed against how Stripe checkout is actually configured.
These terms are an agreement between you and Szymon Dziegielewski, trading as Axolix ("Axolix", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Axolix website, the Axolix Discord bot, the dashboard and the API (together, the "Service"). By logging in, adding the Bot to a server, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Axolix is
Axolix is a modular set of tools for Discord communities, including those built around Roblox and ERLC (Emergency Response: Liberty County):
- Axolix Core — staff management and automation;
- Axolmod — moderation tools such as word filtering;
- Axolcad — ERLC-specific CAD and department tools;
- Billing — Premium subscriptions.
Features are listed on the Website and may change. Some features are in development, labelled as beta, or not yet available.
Axolix is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, or the creators of ERLC. Those names belong to their owners.
Who can use Axolix
- You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use Discord in your country. If you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service, and only people aged 18 or over may buy Premium.
- You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and where you link a Roblox account, Roblox's terms.
- If you use Axolix on behalf of a community, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Your account
You log in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for activity that happens through your session. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You may delete your account at any time from Settings (see the Privacy Policy for what that removes).
Acceptable use
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- break the law, or use the Service to harass, threaten, doxx, defraud, or abuse others, or to host or promote content that is illegal or sexualises minors;
- attempt to access data or servers you are not authorised to use, or probe, scan, or test the Service's security without our written permission;
- overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, or try to bypass rate limits, permissions, or paywalls;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service, except as the law allows;
- use the Service to build or run a competing product by abusing our API;
- use the Bot in a way that breaches Discord's Developer Policy or Terms.
We may suspend or remove access to the Service for a user or a server that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where we are required to by law or by Discord.
Server owners and managers
If you add Axolix to a server, or manage one, you also agree to the following:
- You are responsible for your community. You decide how Axolix is configured, who gets staff ranks and permissions, and what the word filter blocks. You are responsible for making sure that use is lawful and fair to your members.
- Tell your members. The Bot reads message content in your server so the word filter works, and you may keep staff records containing people's Discord IDs. You should make sure your members and staff know this, and you must handle their requests (for example access or removal of a staff record) as the data controller.
- Axolix is your processor for that data, acting on your instructions as the controller.
- Keep staff access under control. You are responsible for the permissions you give, and for removing access when someone leaves your team.
- Moderation settings are yours. Axolix does not review your moderation decisions and is not responsible for what you or your staff decide.
Free and Premium
The Service has a Free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium is applied per Discord server; limits and features for each tier are shown on the Website. We may change what is included in a tier, but if you have already paid we will not remove paid features during the period you have paid for without a fair remedy (such as a pro-rata refund).
If a server's Premium plan ends, we limit the server to Free-tier features; we do not delete the server's existing data simply because the plan ended.
Payments, renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your checkout and include any VAT where it applies.
- Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep Premium until then.
- Your 14-day cancellation right. If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel a digital service contract and get a refund. When you buy Premium and ask for it to start immediately, you agree that we can begin providing it straight away; if you then cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct a fair amount for the Premium service you have already used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Other than as the law requires or as stated here, payments are non-refundable. If something is wrong with a charge, contact us first.
- You must cancel an active Premium subscription before you can delete your Axolix account.
Your content and our rights
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into Axolix (such as staff notes and filter lists). You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We (and our licensors) own the Service — the software, branding, design, and documentation. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while these terms apply. Feedback you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided as a service in development and we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical. Outages or changes by Discord, Roblox, Cloudflare, Stripe or other third parties are outside our control.
Ending the relationship
- You can stop using the Service at any time, remove the Bot from your server, and delete your account from Settings.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or we have to for legal or security reasons, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. If we end a paid plan without your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
- What happens to your data on ending is described in the Privacy Policy.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Subject to that:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will meet your particular needs or that moderation, filtering, or permission tools will catch every case. You remain responsible for your own server and community.
- We are not liable for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, for loss of profit, business, or goodwill, or for loss caused by third-party services.
- Our total liability to you arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in that period and (b) £100.
If you use the Service for a business, you agree to indemnify us against claims from third parties caused by your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give you notice on the Website or through the Bot before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
General
- Whole agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- If a term can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- No transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
