The details that make it usable
Ranks that follow Discord
A staff rank is a Discord role, not a label copied by hand. Rename or recolour the role and the dashboard follows. Delete it and the record is kept and flagged for a new rank rather than discarded.
Permissions per rank
Decide what each rank may do, stored against the same Discord role. Changes are checked on the server, on every request — hiding a control in the interface is never the security boundary.
A word filter that forgets
Messages are checked against your list and the result returned. The text itself is never written to our database, so there is no archive of what people said sitting on our side.
A real dashboard
Server picker, per-server overview with member and staff counts, staff records you can add, edit and remove — the work that is painful to do through chat commands alone.
Your data, on request
Download a JSON copy of everything Axolix holds about your account, or delete the account entirely, both from Settings. No support ticket required.
Built as separate modules
Core, Axolmod and Axolcad are independent. Turning one off does not take the others with it, and each has its own permissions and settings.
How it works
From invite to configured in three steps

Add Axolix to your server
Axolix runs as a Discord bot in your community. Once it is in, your server appears in the dashboard for anyone with Manage Server permission.

Log in with Discord
Signing in uses Discord's own login flow. We never see your password, and you only ever see the servers you actually have access to manage.

Configure from the dashboard
Set up staff ranks and permissions, configure the word filter, and read logs — with every action enforced again by the API, not just by what the page shows.
Security & privacy
What we hold, and what we don't
A moderation tool has to be honest about data, because it is the thing your members are right to be cautious about. These are statements about the code, not marketing positions.
Read the Privacy PolicyMessage content is never stored
The word filter sends message text to be checked against your list and returns an answer. Nothing is written to the database.
Tokens are encrypted at rest
Discord and Roblox access tokens are stored encrypted, and never appear in any response or redirect.
Sessions expire
Login sessions last seven days at most, and deleting your account revokes every one of them immediately.
Permissions are enforced server-side
The dashboard shows what you may do; the API independently checks every request, so the interface is never the boundary.
You can leave with your data
Export a JSON copy of your account from Settings, or delete the account outright.

Straight answers
Who is Axolix for?
Discord communities that need to manage a staff team — particularly Roblox and Emergency Response: Liberty County roleplay servers, where dispatch and department tooling matter too. If you run a server with staff ranks and a moderation team, it is aimed at you.
Do I need to use every module?
No. The modules are independent. A server can use Axolix Core for staff records without turning on Axolmod or Axolcad, and each module carries its own permissions.
How do I add the bot to my server?
Axolix is in beta, so servers are added directly rather than through a public invite link. Log in to see the servers you already have access to, or email us and we will get your community set up.
Does the word filter keep what people say?
No. Message text is sent to our API, compared against your list, and the answer returned. The content itself is never stored in our database.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your account, your Roblox link, your ping logs and every active session. Per-server records — such as a staff record a server owner created about you — belong to that server owner, so you would ask them to remove those.
Is Axolix free?
There is a Free tier and a paid Premium tier applied per server. Premium is optional, and ending a plan limits a server to Free features rather than deleting its data.
